HR Technology and Automation, Employer Branding and Strategic Workforce Planning are some of those. If I illustrate it more its like Leveraging technology, including AI and automation, to streamline HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Employer Branding will Focus on building and maintaining a positive employer brand to attract and retain top talent. On the other hand Strategic Workforce planning aligns HR strategies with overall business goals and it will plan for future workforce needs as well.
